Orders
How do I place an order?
You may select the desired product and Add to Cart. You can continue shopping, or View Cart and then Proceed to Checkout. At Checkout, you can either log into your account, create an account or checkout as a guest.
Do I need to create an account to shop with you?
Not at all. Registration is optional and you can check out as a Guest, although there are benefits to creating a Meraki, Sales & Marketing account! Some of these great reasons are: Add to "Whishlist" for quick and easy shopping , save and load orders , simple and fast checkout process, order history and delivery tracking, automatic entry into monthly prize draws and competitions.
Can I change or cancel my order?
All orders are final once they have been processed through the checkout. Unfortunately, no further changes can be made to your order once processed including and not limited to; removing and/or adding items to your order, combining orders or canceling your order. Please ensure all details on your order are correct before confirming your checkout. In particular, we recommend double-checking your email address, delivery address and the acceptance, and accuracy of promotional codes.
What if I received my order and is faulty or incorrect?
We are sincerely apologetic that there is a concern with your order. Please contact our friendly Customer Care for personalized support. Please quote your order number with your inquiry and email it to sales@tomeraki.com
I received an incorrect item, what do I do?
Don’t worry we will fix this for you. In the rare occasion that you do receive an incorrect product just head over to our contact us section and if you could include the following information: Your Name, Order Number, Product Name of item ordered, Product Name of item received and a picture and description of the incorrect item received.
Missing Items from my order?
We apologise that there is an item missing from your order. On the rare occasion there is an item missing please visit the contact us section. But before you do that it is advised to double check your email to see if you’ve been contacted about that particular product line going out of stock or whether your package will be arriving in two parcels.
Delivery
If I place an order today, will it be sent out today?
Please allow up to 3 working days for your order to be processed and dispatched. Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been despatched you will immediately receive another confirmation email with your tracking number. Our delivery time usually takes 3-5 business days.
During our busiest times of the year (e.g. Black Friday and Christmas), dispatch times will be much longer than usual - up to 10 working days. When we have a backlog of orders, we will display the most current information regarding delays in a banner at the top of the website. Please refer to this for the most up-to-date information.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes! Meraki, Sales & Marketing offers free ground shipping for domestic orders above €50.
Meraki, Sales & Marketing also offers Local Delivery in the areas near the company's headquarters.
Do you offer a click & collect service from your warehouse in Chalandri, Athens?
I'm afraid not! It's a busy online fulfilment centre for both our retail and wholesale operations, and we cannot currently cater to customer collections. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause! Stay tuned for changes in collection options though!
Do you ship to EU, UK, America, Canada or the United Arab Emirates?
No. We only deliver to the Greece currently. Stay tuned for changes in delivery options though!
What are the shipping options?
Standard orders across Greece are only up to 2.0kg in weight. If you exceed this weight, you'll have an additional cost for each extra 1kg.
Free Shipping is offered for all orders across Greece over €50.
Local Free Delivery is also offered for all orders near our store.
Products
When are you getting 'X' back into stock?
You can be automatically notified by email the second something that is out of stock goes back into stock by signing up to be emailed on the product page of the item/s you're after. All you need to do is leave your name and email address on the product page by clicking “Notify me when available”.
Can you give me some free products in return for a review on my social media/blog?
In general, we don't tend to partner with vloggers/bloggers in this manner, but if you have a very large audience, we may be interested in working with you! Please get in touch with us at info@tomeraki.com. Don't forget to include a link to your social media, website or channel for us to look at!
Can you get X product?
Every request we get, we log with our buyer. Should there be significant demand for a product, we'll then try to find it and see if we can import it. Please don't be afraid to ask for something you want. We want to know what you'd like to see us stock and if you don't ask, you don't get! We can't promise to get everything, but where we can, we will!
Do you sell your products wholesale?
We do! Are you interested in stocking food and drink products in your store? If yes, please contact us by phone or email us at wholesale@tomeraki.com to get started.
How much shelf life can I expect to have on your products?
All of our products are marked with a best before date. The majority of our products, especially products like candy, gum and canned groceries usually have a longer best before dates on them (6 months+). Other products, like crisps, cakes and cereals may have a shorter best before dates on them.
We carry out regular date checks on our stock and place any products within two weeks of their best before date to be sold at a reduced price. If you're planning to buy products for a particular date or event in the future, or simply want to know the best before dates on our current stock of a product before purchasing, just ask! We will be more than happy to let you know the best before dates on any of our products before you buy them.
You only have 'X' quantity of something left in stock. Do you have any more?
We may have more! We order our stock from our wholesale warehouse daily. It is worth asking if we can make more stock available, because we may run low on our retail website, but may have several cases available in our wholesale warehouse that can be transferred.
Payments & Promos
How can I pay?
We offer a wide variety of payment methods designed for your convenience. You can pay using the following methods: Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Maestro and Electron.
We also accept Paypal, Apple Pay & Google Pay.
Cash on Delivery option is also available with the additional cost of €1,98 per order.
I’m having payment issues, what can I do?
If for any reason you are having issues making a payment, please make sure you have checked the following:
- Check if your card details are correct e.g the expiry date, billing address etc.
- Make sure you have entered your security code correctly.
- It could be that your card issuer has denied the payment. As we are unaware of the reason behind this, it is best to check with them directly.

Are my payment details safe with you?
We know how important it is to keep your payment details protected. This is why we do not store your card details and offer the very best security measures to keep your details safe. Our payment software is provided by Stripe which is independent to us, so you can be rest assured your details are 100% safe.
I have a coupon code. Where can I enter it?
Coupon codes need to be entered prior to checking out. You can enter your coupon code in the Coupon Code section, which you'll see when viewing the contents of your shopping cart ('View Cart'). Please note some promotional codes may have a minimum spend and expiration date.
Returns & Exchange
How do I return my order?
In the event you would like to return an order simply get in contact with us at sales@tomeraki.com and we will take you through the easy step by step process. All orders must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns after this time.
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 100% no-quibble satisfaction guarantee that if you’re in any way unhappy with the products you purchase from Meraki, Sales & Marketing; we will give you a full refund provided that you return them in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receiving. We reserve the right to refuse returns where the product is not in its original packaging or condition.
Do you offer exchanges?
Unfortunately we do not offer an exchange service, however you can simply return your items to the warehouse and place a new order. All returned items will be inspected by our warehouse on arrival.
When will I receive my refund?
A typical refund can take up to 3-5 business days after having received the items. Any refund that you are entitled to will be credited back to the card used to pay for the original order. We will let you know as soon as the refund has been processed.
