How long will shipping take?
Orders will be dispatched the next working day if ordered before 6 pm. Any orders ordered after 6 pm will be dispatched the following working day.
Our next working day delivery is to ensure your sugar craving is met as quickly as possible. If ordered before 12 pm we aim to have a selection of your favourite sweets delivered by the next working day.
If there is a problem with sending your order we will be in touch as quickly as possible to resolve any issues or problems.
How do I know if my item has been dispatched?
You will receive a dispatch confirmation via email, sent to the email address on your order information. This will shortly be followed by an email containing your tracking link.
You will also receive updates from courier via email and text (if you left a phone number at checkout). We highly recommend leaving your number as you will receive updates and estimated shipping times on the day of delivery.
The courier haven't delivered my parcel yet?
Whilst we will do everything in our power to get you your order on time, our delivering courier service may experience issues (perhaps with local corresponding agents) which are out of our control. If this happens please contact them directly with your tracking number to find out more information.
What if I'm not home when it's delivered?
Usually delivery company will leave a calling card (local practices may slightly differ form country to country ) if they are unable to deliver your parcel, please follow the instructions on the calling card and contact your local depot to rearrange delivery/collection within 2 working days.
For Greek orders only: They courier service will only attempt to redeliver your parcel twice. If after the second attempt they do not hear from you within 1 day your parcel will be disposed of and not refunded or replaced.
Out of stock Items
If more than 15% of items on your order are out of stock we will get in touch and offer similar items to replace the missing item. We won't dispatch the order until we hear back from you. If it is less than 15% we will replace the items with similar sweets.
The order has arrived and I'm not 100% happy
We will always ship everything to the best possible standards. If we have missed something from your order, please email us at sales@tomeraki.com and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.
Meraki, Sales & Marketing is happy to accept and refund unopened items, for any reason, within 14 days of delivery, from the following product ranges:
- Sweets and Candy
- Food and Groceries
- Drinks and Soda
Meraki, Sales & Marketing cannot accept any returns for perishable or bespoke goods. This includes:
- Sweets and Candy with less than 2 months best before date upon delivery
- Food and Groceries with less than 2 months best before date upon delivery
- Drinks and Soda with less than 2 months best before date upon delivery
- Gift Baskets
If you change your mind about a product that we can accept for a return (non-perishable goods), we will be happy to refund the basic cost of delivery of getting those goods to you in the first place. You must cover the cost for returning unwanted goods; we won't refund the amount you pay to get the goods back to us.
Items must be returned unopened, undamaged and unused, with the original packaging included. Damaged and used products are non-refundable.
Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Should you refuse a shipment from Meraki, Sales & Marketing, you are responsible for the original shipping charges as well as the return fees that may be incurred upon delivery back to us.
Heat Damaged Items
Please note that in summer months there is some risk that chocolate or other heat-sensitive candies will arrive melted. Unfortunately, we cannot control the temperature and conditions the products are exposed to once they leave our warehouse. Delivery trucks can get very hot in the summer months and chocolate is bound to melt. These items will return to their normal state if they are allowed to cool or placed in the fridge. We do not consider these items defective or damaged and our returns policy does not apply to them.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In the event that your order arrives in a damaged or faulty condition, Meraki, Sales & Marketing is happy to offer a free replacement upon the production of photographic evidence. This evidence is required simply so that we may process a claim with our courier and recover the cost of the damaged goods. Meraki, Sales & Marketing is happy to offer a refund for damaged goods should you wish to return them to us instead.
Returns Procedure
Please take care when receiving your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
To return your goods, please email us at sales@tomeraki.com to advise us and to receive a return reference number.
Any refund that you are entitled to will be credited back to the card used to pay for the original order. We will let you know as soon as the refund has been processed.
